What You'll Do

  • Provide Skilled SLP Care: Perform comprehensive in-home evaluations for geriatric patients with cognitive, dysphagia, aphasia, or dysarthria.

  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute effective strategies to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, and swallowing function over multiple visits.

  • Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct home visits at times that work for you and your patients.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work with a supportive team to ensure coordinated care and optimize patient outcomes.

What You Need

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required for home health.
  • CPR or BLS certification
  • Driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Physical + TB test (within the last year)
  • Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
