Outstanding. The patient required more than the typical individualized therapy. He was behind physically due to a couple of surgical setbacks and needed extra emotional and psychological support. The ortho doctor insisted on PT at home, but the patient was adamant about not receiving it there. Therapist Nick took the time to speak with the primary RN before the initial evaluation. After that first visit, the patient was convinced Nick would help him progress—and he did. Nick more than met the patient's needs. The patient is 100% satisfied, and orthopedics is very pleased with his progress. The patient now has increased confidence emotionally, psychologically, and physically, and is looking forward to returning to work soon.
