What You'll Do
Provide Skilled OT Care: Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.
Develop Adaptive Strategies: Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks.
Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.
Collaborate for Coordinated Care: Work with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care.
What You Need
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver’s license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
