What You'll Do
- Provide Skilled SLP Care: Perform comprehensive in-home evaluations for geriatric patients with cognitive, dysphagia, aphasia, or dysarthria.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute effective strategies to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, and swallowing function over multiple visits.
- Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct home visits at times that work for you and your patients.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with a supportive team to ensure coordinated care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Document Efficiently:Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!)
What You Need
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required for home health.
- CPR or BLS certification
- Driver’s license and auto insurance
- Physical + TB test (within the last year)
- Professional liability and business license (if applicable)

We have an opening for a clinician to serve North Riverside, including Riverside, Corona, and Moreno Valley. This area has a moderate to fast pace and is a major hub for business and education. You'll find a diverse community with a wide variety of dining and activities. Traffic can be challenging, but the area offers a more affordable lifestyle than coastal regions.
